Feeling stuck with your health?

Maybe you’ve tried “all the things” — the latest diets, endless health advice online, or quick fixes that never stick — and you’re still left feeling:

Bloated, gassy, or uncomfortable after meals

Low on energy or constantly dragging through the day

Crashing in the afternoons or struggling with focus

Frustrated with nutrition habits or accountability

Overwhelmed by stress or struggling to unwind at night

Confused by conflicting health information

…It can feel exhausting, like your body is speaking a language you just can’t understand.

Root-Cause Healing: Focus on what’s driving your symptoms, not just masking them

Together, we create a personalized, realistic, and sustainable plan — no one-size-fits-all, no extreme restriction, no guilt. Just practical, nourishing strategies that fit your real life.

A Foundational Approach

I help you stop chasing symptoms and start uncovering the why behind your health struggles. Using a functional, root-cause approach with nutrition and lifestyle, we focus on the foundations your body actually needs to thrive

Digestion

Health starts in the gut. Proper digestion ensures nutrients are absorbed and discomfort is reduced. We support gut function as a foundation for overall wellness.

Blood Sugar

Stable blood sugar fuels steady energy, balanced hormones, and fewer cravings. Supporting blood sugar helps your body heal and function optimally.

Stress Management

Chronic stress keeps your body in survival mode, blocking healing. We focus on calming the nervous system so your body can repair and restore.

Sleep

Sleep is your body’s ultimate reset. Healthy sleep supports energy, digestion, hormone balance, and overall recovery, setting the stage for lasting wellness.

Nutrient Dense Diet

Food is information for your body. A nutrient-dense diet gives your body the raw materials it needs for energy, hormone balance, detox, and repair.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a functional, root-cause approach to health. We focus on supporting your body’s natural healing processes through a nutrient-dense diet, lifestyle habits, stress and sleep management, digestion, and, when needed, targeted supplementation. It’s about finding the why behind your symptoms and creating a plan that works for your unique body.

How is Nutritional Therapy different?

This isn’t about following the latest diet trend or restricting your favorite foods. Instead, we focus on foundational health — addressing root causes, creating balance, and building habits that last. You’ll learn what your body truly needs to thrive, not just how to lose weight or chase short-term results.

What does working with you look like?

We start with an Intake Form to see if my programs are a good fit. If it looks like a match, we’ll schedule a 15-minute free consultation call.

Programs include:

• 3-Month Package: 6 bi-weekly 30-minute sessions

• 6-Month Package: 12 bi-weekly 30-minute sessions

You’ll get personalized recommendations, education, accountability, and support.

Who is your work best suited for?

My programs are ideal for people who are ready to:

• Take ownership of their health

• Learn how their body works and why it reacts the way it does

• Build sustainable, nourishing habits

• Address root causes of fatigue, digestive issues, blood sugar swings, stress, or poor sleep

It’s not a fit if you’re looking for a “quick fix” or aren’t willing to implement recommendations — results require commitment and consistency.

Do I need to follow a strict meal plan?

No! My approach is about nourishment, not restriction. We work together to create practical, sustainable eating habits based on your preferences, lifestyle, and unique body needs.

How soon will I see results?

Every body is unique. Some clients notice improvements in energy, digestion, or sleep within a few weeks, while deeper changes take time. Healing is a journey — the focus is on building lasting, sustainable health rather than overnight fixes.

How do I get started?

Click the Intake Form link, fill it out, and we’ll see if your health goals and my programs are a good match. If they are, we’ll schedule a quick 15-minute consultation to plan your first steps.
